Links saved via MCP keep the domain as title

BugMacCompletedReport This Post

When I save links through the MCP server (muse_save_link without a title), the item title stays the domain, e.g. "bergzeit.de", even after Muse has taken the page snapshot. The page title is never picked up. Expected: the cleaned page title, as with the other ways of saving.

Nick, we're already having a look at what's happening when links come through the MCP without a title specified, thanks for the heads up on this. We'll post any update here.

Nick, links saved through AI apps now take their page's real title.

From Muse 1.0.43, a link saved without a title, through Connections or as a bare address, takes the page's own name as soon as Muse has read it. Links already named after their website update by themselves, keeping their pictures.

Muse should automatically ask you if you'd like to update, and if not, you can open Settings and check for updates.
