The Support Centre is a free, public support board for Theodore HQ's Mac apps. These terms are deliberately short: they cover how the board works and how to be a good citizen on it. Nothing is sold on this site, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

What this site is for

The Support Centre is where you report bugs, request features, comment on and upvote existing items, leave testimonials, and follow each app's roadmap, changelog, and FAQ. It is free to use and needs no account. How we handle the small amount of data involved is covered by the Privacy Policy.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of everything you post. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, edit, and moderate your submission on this board, which is what lets a public support board work. If you want something you posted taken down, email us and we will remove it.

House rules

Keep it accurate and civil. Specifically, do not post:

• Anything unlawful, abusive, or harassing.
• Spam, advertising, or off-topic promotion.
• Other people's personal data. Posts are public, so only share what is yours to share.

Moderation

We look after the board: we set and update item statuses, post official replies, may edit submissions for clarity or formatting, and may remove content that breaks the rules above. Testimonials are published only after we have read and approved them.

Guidance, not a warranty

Everything on this board (statuses, roadmap positions, replies, FAQ answers) is guidance offered in good faith, not a warranty or a contractual promise. Roadmaps change and plans move; a Planned label is an intention, not a commitment.

Each product's own purchase terms, linked from its product page, govern purchases, refunds, and your statutory rights. Nothing on this site limits or affects your statutory rights in any way.

The apps themselves

This site's Privacy Policy covers this site only. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its product page, which governs the app itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have to bring proceedings in the country where you live, if local consumer-protection law gives you that right.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top and give notice of any material change on this site before it takes effect.
