Hi Srini, thanks again for flagging this. Today's update, Echo 1.0.16, makes Echo dramatically lighter: we tuned how the menu-bar icon animates and how Echo checks what's playing, and it now idles at a fraction of a percent of CPU in our measurements. If you update via the Echo menu > Check for Updates and keep an eye on Activity Monitor, we'd love to hear what you see on your machine.
