Autocorrect that actually works on your Mac.Visit CharmSet a trigger key of your choosing (say ; or /) and type a word after it to drop the matching emoji straight into your text, so ;smile becomes a smiley without opening the system picker or leaving the keyboard. Charm would match the word against emoji names, so the everyday ones land on the obvious face or symbol, and you could keep typing without breaking flow.
Emoji Shortcuts arrived in Charm 1.0.71.
Turn them on in Settings > General > Emoji Shortcuts. Then type a semicolon followed by a word, like ;smile, and choose from the list with the arrow keys, Tab or Return. You can pick a different starting key beside the switch: a colon, two semicolons or two colons.
Charm should offer you the update itself. If not, open Settings and check for updates.
