Charm is not auto-correcting typos in Slack.app (from App Store) message panes -- but it is, as a comparison test, fixing typos correctly in TextEdit. Same problem whether I set up Slack as a Customised app (set for "Auto") , or not.

Running Charm 1.0.76,
OSX Golden Gate 27.0, and
Slack Version 4.52.178 (App Store)

Autocorrect in Slack is the whole reason I purchased Charm, so I'm particularly interested in helping track this down and help you fix it. Please let me know if I can collect any other data from my system that might help, or if you'd like me to try an experimental or debug build with extra logging, or anything else.

Mark, thanks for the heads up on this and for the detailed test you ran across apps, we're looking into why Charm isn't catching typos in Slack the way it should be. We'll post any update here as soon as we have one.
